After launching Maestro Edge 125 Stealth edition, Hero MotoCorp has now launched Pleasure Plus Platinum variant in the country. This new model costs ₹61,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi), making it almost ₹2,000 costlier than the standard Pleasure Plus alloy-wheel model. For this extra price, the Platinum Plus gets a handful of cosmetic tweaks and a new paint scheme as compared to the standard model. It comes in a new Matt Black paint scheme with brown inner panels and uses chrome for the rearview mirrors. One can also notice chrome accents on the muffler protector, handlebars, front fender, and side panels.
Hero Pleasure Plus Platinum variant also gets a new low-fuel indicator, a seat backrest for the pillion rider, dual-tone seat with Platinum badging, white rim tape, and 3D logo badging on the side panels. However, there are no mechanical changes to the scooter, which means it is propelled by a 110 cc engine that puts out 8 bhp at 7,000 rpm with 8.7 Nm of torque at 5,500 rpm. The scooter uses programmed fuel injection with xSens technology that includes eight different sensors like a bank angle sensor which cuts off fuel supply during a fall and intake air temperature sensor that provides an all-weather easy start.
Naveen Chauhan, Head – Sales & Aftersales, Hero MotoCorp, said, “The iconic Pleasure brand enjoys a strong connect with the customers. The new Pleasure+ Platinum with its enhanced design elements is surely going to strengthen our scooter portfolio and provide a perfect combination of riding comfort with style.”
